TRIANGLE POORI CHAT
Ingredients;
Sprouted green gram-1 cup
Onions-2
Chiroti rawa-1/2 cup
Maida-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Cooked potatoes-1 cup
Coriander-little
Red chilli powder-2 table spoon
METHOD
     Mix rawa, maida,salt ,2 table spoons oil using water to poori dough consistency. Allow it to set for 2 hours. Mix sprouted green gram with salt and red chilli powder, finely chopped onions and mix well.
     Make small balls out of them. Roll it to small pooris and cut the poori into 4 parts with a knife. Deep fry them in hot oil. Make a small hole at the centre and fill it with 2 table spoons of sprouted gram mixture. Pour 1 table spoon of khatta meetha chutney over it and serve with coriander at the top.

VEGETABLE MANCHURIAN
Ingredients;
Potatoes-4-5
Carrot-2
Beans-little
Cabbage-little
Garam condiment-2 table spoon
Green chillies-10
Cauliflower-half piece
Onions-2
Tomato sauce-1/2 cup
Chilli sauce-1/2 table spoon
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Corn flour-1 cup
Maida-1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste-2 table spoon
METHOD
      Boil potatoes and beans separately in the cooker.Remove after some time and smash them.Squeeze the beans to remove the excess water in them.Chop onions,cauliflower,grate carrot,cabbage.Mix the smashed potatoes with beans,cabbage,cauliflower,carrot,salt,garam condiment,chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, thoroughly.Make small balls out of it and dip the balls in batter .Deep fry them in hot oil.
BATTER;Mix corn flour,maida ,salt, and salt powder with water to bonda batter consistency and dip the vegetables in it.
      Take 3-4 table spoons of oil in a broad vessel and add finely chopped onions into it.Add one table spoon of ginger garlic paste to it.Add chilli sauce ,tomato sauce,1/2 table spoon garam condiment,soya sauce,and fry for a while.Add all the deep fried vegetable balls into it.Mix well and serve hot by decorating with coriander leaves on the top.

RAGAD CUTLET
Ingredients;
Potatoes-1 kg
Green peas-1/2 cup
Tomato-1/2 kg
Curry and coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Green chillies-8
Cinnamon-1 piece
Cloves-5
Cumin seeds-1 table spoon
Coriander seeds-2 table spoons
Ginger – 1 inch
Garlic -10 flakes
Black pepper-8
Onions-5
Oil-10 table spoon
Red chilli powder-2 table spoon
Ghee-2 table spoon
METHOD
    Pressure cook green peas and potatoes; remove it from cooker and smash the potatoes .Mix green chilly paste, salt, coriander leaves. Run tomatoes into paste form in the mixer. Powder all the condiment spices, finely chopped onions. Take 2 table spoons of oil and 2 table spoons of ghee in a pan, add ginger garlic paste to it and fry for a while. Add tomato paste fry for 3-4 minutes and add the condiment powder, red chilly powder, red chilly powder, salt .Fry well and pour 2 cups of water and boiled peas;
     Now take a pan make small balls out of the potato mixture and pat them into round cutlets put them on the pan and fry both the sides using oil for frying fry till golden brown
SERVING METHOD
      Place 4-5 cutlets pieces in a plate and pour the raganda syrup and add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves and serve hot. You can use 2 table spoons khatta meetha chutney to pour over the cutlet pieces and serve

VEGETABLE CUTLET
Ingredients;
Potatoes-4-5
Carrot-3
Beans- little
Garam condiment powder-1 table spoon
Cabbage-little
Cauliflower- a little
Coriander leaves- a little
Oil to deep fry
Onions-2
Red chilly powder-2 table spoon
Rusk powder-1 cup
METHOD
       Pressure the potatoes, beans, peas separately in the pressure cooker. Grate cabbage, carrot and chop onions, cauliflower finely. Remove the vegetables from the cooker and smash potatoes, squeeze the beans to remove excess water and drain water from the peas .Mix all the vegetables [even grated and chopped one’s],garam condiment, red chilli powder, salt, grated paneer,coriander leaves and mix well. Make small balls out of them and pat into desired shape and roll out in Rusk powder or chiroti rawa both the sides and deep fry them in hot oil and serve hot with tomato sauce
       * Green chilli paste can be used instead of red chilli powder and even ginger garlic paste can be used.
